Xi Engineering Consultants measured quantities such as speed, acceleration, suspension displacement, wind speed and tyre pressure of a motorcycle as it was ridden around a pre-determined drive cycle route. The collected data was analysed and used to refine a motorcycle model.
Xi worked with Edge Mobility Ltd to develop a graphical user interface to estimate these requirements for a flexible range of user-defined drive cycles in the area of motorcycle design.
Xi Engineering provided vibration monitoring services at Grant Westfield, on behalf of Graham Construction, who were undertaking a construction project in the plot of land next to Grant Westfield’s production facility.
