Once a clients’ project has been measured, tested, analysed and simulated, Xi’s team of experts can go beyond simply diagnosing a fault by taking the findings and developing CAD models. These can then be used to virtually test solutions and inform the final design for manufacture.

Xi are experienced in the design of a wide range of components from small plastic parts to large structural assemblies.  With the ability to take concepts and produce them as 3D computer models, Xi can then produce prototype parts using additive manufacturing methods, otherwise known as 3D printing. Once clients are happy with their designs and prototypes, Xi can then provide support in scaling the design production for manufacture.
