Why we’re at All-Energy 2026

All-Energy 2026 brings together the renewable and low-carbon energy community in Glasgow. For Xi, the focus is clear: practical, evidence-led support for decisions about the lifetime extension of onshore wind assets.

Xi Engineering Consultants will be attending as exhibitors to speak with operators, asset owners, insurers and investors about one core question: how do you make confident decisions about ageing wind assets?

We help clients build a clearer picture of asset condition, remaining useful life and where attention should be focused across a wind farm. That evidence can support maintenance planning, investment decisions, insurance discussions and future operational strategy.

  • Lifetime extension assessment for onshore wind assets, helping teams understand asset condition, identify areas that need closer attention and make better-informed decisions about future operation, maintenance and investment.

  • Noise and vibration insight, supporting the wider assessment of asset condition and related impact issues where vibration, dynamic behaviour or noise may indicate risks, constraints or areas for further investigation.

  • Practical recommendations and decision support, turning engineering evidence into clear next steps for operators, asset owners, insurers and investors who need to plan with confidence.

Who should meet xi in Glasgow?

Is it worth 30 minutes of your time?

A short, focused conversation is usually most useful when you have a specific asset, decision or responsibility in mind. Come speak to us if you are:

  • Responsible for ageing onshore wind assets: If you operate, own, insure or advise on wind farms approaching the end of their original design life, we can help you understand asset condition, remaining useful life and where further attention may be needed.
  • Making maintenance, investment or life extension decisions: If you need clearer evidence before deciding whether to repair, monitor, upgrade, repower or continue operation, we provide practical assessment and recommendations to support your next step.
  • Looking for defensible insight for commercial and technical stakeholders: If you need to explain asset condition to boards, investors, insurers or internal teams, we can help turn engineering data into clear, evidence-led findings that support better-informed decisions.

If that sounds familiar, we’re happy to talk through the asset, the evidence you already have and the decision you need to make..

Topics we are keen to discuss

  • Lifetime extension assessment for ageing onshore wind assets
  • Noise and vibration insight for onshore wind
  • Evidence-led maintenance and investment planning
  • Clear reporting for operators, insurers and investors
Come and say hello

Arrange a meeting at or after the conference

We’re keeping meeting slots focused and practical. You can choose between:

  • 30-minute discussion for for environment, consenting and technical leads with a specific site or challenge in mind.
  • 45-minute portfolio / pipeline discussion for for those shaping multiple projects or wider programmes.

Use the form here to suggest a time during the conference. If you won’t be attending the event, you can reach out at any time to arrange a meeting.
