Why we’re at the Offshore Wind Transmission 2026

Europe’s offshore wind industry is moving fast from ambition to delivery. As projects scale, the hard constraints come into sharp focus: transmission bottlenecks, subsea cable risk, consenting complexity, and the need to make engineering decisions that are robust, proportionate, and defensible to both financiers and regulators.

Xi’s CEO Mark-Paul Buckingham will be in Amsterdam to contribute on three conversation areas where we’re already active and where the stakes are rising fast:
